Voucher conditions

On this page you will find the conditions for redeeming vouchers/coupons within discount and special promotions on spypoint.store

The following conditions apply to all vouchers & coupons on spypoint.store, unless otherwise announced.

Usability

Each coupon as part of a special or discount promotion can only be used and redeemed once.
Only one coupon can be used per order.
Only one coupon can be used per customer per purchase.
A combination with other promotions / coupons is not possible.
A cash payment or a retroactive credit on already placed orders of coupons is not possible.
Coupons can be used only on spypoint.store for the products offered there.
The resale of coupons is not allowed.
Coupons cannot be transferred to another customer account.
Coupons cannot be applied to shipping costs.
Coupons cannot be used for books, magazines or for the purchase of gift vouchers.
Discounted items are excluded from voucher promotions.

Validity

Coupons within the framework of a discount and special promotion expire according to the promotion period indicated and communicated in the webshop spypoint.store as well as in the newsletter and are redeemable only in this limited period.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value when redeeming coupons as part of a discount and special promotion is 50€.

Return items

If you exercise your right of return, the discounted purchase price will be refunded. There is no right to a refund or replacement of the coupon.

Please describe the problem as accurately as possible, important details include: Your order number, the coupon code, error messages from the system and the browser you are using.
